Privacy

BrightPath has no student accounts, uploads, email signup, advertising pixels, or site analytics scripts. If you purchase, Stripe processes your checkout information and provides the seller with information needed to fulfill and support your order. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the site.

If you email support, your email provider and ours process the message. Send only the information needed to answer your question. Do not include student names, education records, identifiable work samples, payment card details, or sensitive information. We use support messages to address the request and retain them only as needed for support, dispute, or legal obligations. Contact us for a privacy question or deletion request; required records may need to be retained.

Amazon is a separate seller and applies its own policies. Stripe processes checkout information; card data is not collected by this static website. External sites operate independently.

Use and copyright

BrightPath original materials are © 2026 BrightPath Learning Tools. One educator may print and use the free materials with their own learners and place copies in a restricted learning space available only to those learners. The complete paid edition uses the same single-educator scope.

Do not resell, publicly redistribute, or share the complete files with other educators. Ask for additional permission before schoolwide use. The book cover is used to identify the founder's book. Linked third-party brands remain their respective owners' property.

Support, delivery, and refunds

Email Coachteacherdad@gmail.com for broken links, accessibility needs, or product questions. Tell us the resource title, device/browser, and issue. Do not send student records.

Free resources are PDF downloads; no physical materials ship. The complete edition is $39 USD for a single educator license. After successful payment, Kevan D. Walker manually emails the PDF to the checkout email address within 24 hours. This is not an instant download. Check spam/junk folders and contact support if it has not arrived. Your payment or receipt may show Walker Client Acquisition, the existing Stripe account display name; BrightPath is the product brand. This does not assert a separate incorporated BrightPath entity.

Refund requests: email support with your Stripe receipt reference, purchase date, and the reason. Requests are reviewed individually; this is not a blanket satisfaction guarantee. If we cannot supply the purchased file, we will refund the order. Verified duplicate charges are refunded. Never email full card details. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.

Accessibility

This site uses labeled controls, keyboard focus styles, semantic headings, and responsive layouts. PDFs have selectable text but have not been certified as tagged PDF/UA documents. If a format creates a barrier, email support for an accessible alternative; describe the barrier without sharing sensitive records.
